I didn't get a chance to get to veg plot over the last few days, but tonight i had a quick look round and gave every thing a good watering as it has been very dry lately, i noticed that the last lot of carrots have come through well though no sign of the parsnips that went in at the same time. Some of the onions have started to swell out, though some of the leaves have bent over badly but and the runner beans are climbing well up the canes, I will try to get some photos on at the weekend to show how things are going. We have been shearing our sheep these last few days and were working over the weekend to try and get well on with it and now we are down to the last 100 i decided to finish work early. ..........
Simon doing some shearing this morning the pictures show were we live and work although most of the sheep are sheared back at the farm this flock are quite a way from home so it is easier to take all the equipment to them and do them in the field, our office can be very quite at times and all that came to disturb the peace was a buzzard that circled over to see what was going on. but every time i tried to photograph it gave me the slip.
